Everyone trains hard when they are at practice. We aren't unique in that when you go to practice everyone is giving their 100%. We often talk about the little things that add up to huge transformations. Those little things most athletes are NOT willing to do. Three huge examples where athletes aren't willing to invest in their training are understanding their training, following proper nutrition, and getting their sleep.
