Here are the workouts for Sprinters, Jumpers and Hurdlers for the week of spring break. Remember that you need to document your workouts in some way if you are out of town or we will hold you out of one meet after the break. Please feel free to email the coaches with any questions that you may have. If for some reason you are not able to do these exact workouts, just do your best. Something is always better than nothing.
