Summer Ends....Fall Begins

After we took a trip to Detweiller Park on Friday night, we headed to Lorado Taft Field Campus in Oregon, Illinois for our annual team camp.  We ran the trails at State Parks and State Forests, listened to influential speakers (Brady and Hird Presentation), and ran our traditional hill workout we call 'Led Zeppelin'.  The guys enjoyed playing video games, had a successful team meeting without the coaches, and bowled and played miniature golf and laser tag at Plum Hollow in Dixon, Illinois.  We also revisited our 2009 season and talked about what we could apply to this season. Overall, it was a great team bonding experience and we are looking forward to the official season starting on August 12th.

We can't wait for the season to begin.   Under great senior leadership, our guys have worked harder than any team in our history and we hope the hard work pays dividends this fall.
