These workouts are for those athletes that will be out of town over spring break. Athletes that are in town may have different variations of these workouts. It is imperative that athletes continue to work out or they will peak shortly after the break and stop improving. If it is not possible to do these workouts exactly, try your best to get in something similar each day. For example, you may only be able to use a treadmill while you are away, so try your best to simulate this workout on the treadmill. Doing anything is better than taking the day off!
The NV Coaches can not express more the importance of doing some type of running workout over the break. Don't take the next 10 days off!
